enjoylife commentedBoth images appear to be taken from the same website page. Did you make any changes to the configuration of your theme or anything else between the time you took each photo? It's possible that something in the configuration is causing the difference between the player displaying correctly and the one that does not display correctly.

las fotos son tomadas de la misma pagina web, y no se ha realizado cambios en el tema, no modificaciones entre cada foto.
el asunto es que en ciertas ocasiones aparece de ese modo, he revisado el manual y no encuentro nada. Pienso, y no estoy seguro, que cuando hay varias visitas a la página, el reproductor se bloquea y aparece de esa forma.

enjoylife commentedI'm not sure. It could be that the width or height of the space you have left for the player is too small. Or it could be a problem with MediaFront. I'm sorry I cannot help more. There may also be a problem with other modules you have installed which might cause MediaFront to crash, especially if the other modules use Javascript.
