Fairly vanilla 7.12 install.
Using CRM Core 1.x-dev, with alpha/beta/rc/stable versions of all dependency modules, except for relation 1.x-dev.

After enabling all CRM Core submodules other than OG sync, and viewing admin/structure/crm, I'm only seeing entries for Activity Types, CRM Case Types, & Relationship Types. I can view admin/structure/crm/user_sync, and admin/structure/crm/contact-types without any problems, though I found the URLs via the corresponding configure links @ admin/modules.
