Use the story module for news, it's in core so all you'd have to do is go to create content> story. If you're the admin for your drupal site you should have the permission to do out of the box, if you want your users to be able to create a story you need to give them access at yourdomain.com/admin/user/access and check off the boxes beneath the node module permissions next to create story, etc.

To allow attachments go to admin/content/types and enable file attachments.

Thanks for your help lsabug... I've try it but I still not able to upload files like admin... welll
I can... but I most enter to the story edit side...

Sorry I'm kind of new in this...
I've placed the access to regular user too... but still can post as a regular user...
I'm getting crazy...

Ricardo, the best help most people will offer you is a basic summary of normal web forum behaviour. There is no reason to use caps lock when writing your message. It just gives people a bad impression of you. And giving your post the title: "HHHEEEEEEELLLPPPPPP PPPPLLLLEEEEEEAAAASSSEEEE" is beyond me. It says absolutely nothing about what the post/topic is about.

As to your question, look into CCK.

Two questions:

  • Have you enabled the Upload module (it's part of the core installation), and ensured that permissions are set to allow admins to use it?
  • Are you getting an error message when you try to upload, or does the file attachment field not appear on the node/add/story page?
