ERP modules not compatible with D6.25?

Did a re-rebuild of ERP on Drupal 6.25 and found a few modules reporting "This version is incompatible with the 6.25 version of Drupal core."

Following modules are reporting the above problems -
erp audit
erp og integration
erp personal price list
erp referral cards
erp sms
erp sms job notification
erp sms message
erp timesheet
erp warranty

Likely I currently don't use any of these modules, but would like to know why this is a problem and maybe I can work on fixing it.
