Release notes

Simple Meta was totally reworked to provide clear and extendable code.

This release fixes a known issue in the 6.x-1.x branch of the code. See SA-CONTRIB-2012-100 - SimpleMeta - Cross Site Request Forgery (CSRF) for details.
