.info file currently places this module into the "Development" package.
"Development" is the package containing the devel modules, which aid in debugging the site. I really doubt that applies to this module.
I'm attaching a patch that removes the package definition entirely; most modules don't need one.

Please note that I'm not following this issue anymore, so any further patches will have to be made by someone else.

Fixed in CVS, branch DRUPAL-5. It will be released as 5.x-1.1 asap.
