Problem making the textarea active.

I have a problem moving focus to the textarea (the htmlarea icons above the textarea work perfectly) in IE6.

If I click the textarea nothing happens and the cursor is not inserted into the textarea (so I cannot type). I have to click the first column of the first row in the textarea in order to insert the cursor and then type. Clicking 90% of the textarea field does nothing (expect activate the htmlarea icons).

This is a feature request, because theoretically the htmlarea/xinha editor works...it's just a very frustrating usability issue.
