Hi Stella -

I'm working with Drupal 6.24. I have both questions and categories set to "open/hide under". Questions behave as expected. However, no matter what category layout I select, the resulting behavior is always "open questions/answers on a new page".

Also, I have "Show FAQ Count" enabled but am not seeing # of FAQs next to category names.

I'm seeing this in IE 9 and FF 11. With a default theme and a Fusion theme. I've cleared my caches.

My Question settings are:

  • Clicking on question opens/hides answer under question
  • Display short text
  • Use accordion effect
  • Disable question links to nodes

My Category settings are:

  • Categorize questions
  • Clicking on category opens/hides questions and answers under category
  • Use accordion effect
  • Show FAQ count

Any help would be most appreciated :) - Lisa

I tried it here and can't reproduce either issue.

The link you provided doesn't work - just displays a blank FAQ page.

Hi Stella -

Thanks for having a look. I was probably dinking around with it when you dropped by. I think it was user error. Started from scatch and all is well. One thing that did hassle me - my FAQ page is at /faq not /faq-page as the documentation suggests. Wondering if it was something I did, or if the doc needs to be updated?

Which documentation? It might need correcting. Currently in D7 it's at /faq-page (though may change in the final stable release). In D6, it's still at /faq.
