Emails sent from site doesn't display correct "From" address and name

Not sure if I should ask for help here or if I should go to Bluehost, my hosting provider, for help... all emails sent from my site has "accountname@box205.bluehost.com" instead of the email address and site name, no matter what I set in Admin/Site Configuration in Drupal. Any ideas?
