It would be great if PayPal Express on the /cart page gets disabled when subtotal = 0. When an order subtotal is zero and a user clicks on PayPal express on /cart page they receive error: PayPal reported an error: 10401: Order total is invalid.

This module doesn't have anything to do with Paypal Express or the /cart page. Please reopen in the Ubercart queue if this problem persists.
