During deploy, User pictures (avatars) are not handled, although they are file entities.
Because of how core handles this weird picture variable, the patch beneath is needed.

IDE configured well now, bye white spaces

- Edit - Does this patch need a if (variable_get('user_pictures', 0)) wrapper clause? It seems redundant here.
