Deleted Ariel and Caliban

Hi,

Just an update that in response to a post on development@drupal.org from a project owner noting he had claimed two project names over a year ago and wanted to release them back since he would not be working on them, I confirmed the projects had no code assigned and had been abandoned for more than a year and removed them from d.o.
As was pointed out to me afterward this should have been made as an issue to webmasters to avoid potential spoofing of an email. Given the projects had been empty and abandoned I see minimal risk in this case, but nevertheless will ensure issues are filled here in future. Thanks to those who slapped my wrist on this and alerted me to this risk and procedure, which I'll follow in future.
