URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration

Hi,

not sure why I am getting this error but not only do i get a 'TCPDF error: Missing or incorrect image file' error but watchdog shows this:
getimagesize() [function.getimagesize]: URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration in

I can get full PDF prints of 'page' content only if it's all text.

Please advise, I might be missing something obvious
