Would be possible to add support for comment replies in threaded comments? It would be a great option in certain circumstances.

Threaded comments should work just like any comment. Or can you give more information about what you mean?

One feature I was hoping to eventually add is for admins to choose whether to delete child comments when the parent comment is deleted, or display a message like "This comment has been deleted" (and be able to customize that). Is this what you mean?

I meant user has control over responses to their comments in threaded mode.

Ohh I see. I think this is a little too edge-case for the module. I'd be willing to include it as a sub-module if someone needs this functionality and codes it up.
