I am getting this error in my dblogs pretty frequently, and I think it may be causing some other problems:

Plugin Commerce Coupon processor of plugin type feeds:plugins points to nonexistent file sites/all/modules/commerce_coupon/FeedsCommerceCouponProcessor.inc for class handler handler.

I have searched for this issue but not found it posted yet. Does anyone know what's going on here?

You should be using the -dev version by now of the commerce coupon modules.

Feeds processor file was moved to commerce feeds, so you probably need to clear your cache /rebuild the registry after updating.
