Attached is a patch that contains some tweaks to the Plugins and APIs tool Advanced help page. Included are typo fixes, grammatical fixes, and wording tweaks to help make the documentation easier to read and understand (at least to me).

I think changing "function" to "hook function" is unnecessary. I also think the swapping of "which" for "but" is incorrect.

The rest is fine.
