On a brand new install. Create sub theme via omega tools. Go to admin/appearance/settings/subtheme > Zone and region configuration > Any of the regions. Width is set to "1" and I cannot change it. I can make other changes. Like hide the logo, page title, etc. But anything to the region width, or weight does not save. Note that i can also remove a region from a zone by setting its zone to - None -. I've checked file permissions on the sub theme directory, and everything there seems to be in order. Anyone else run into something like this, or have an idea of something else I can try?

Found it. The module jump_menu conflicts with the settings page in Omega. I will open a ticket on jump_menu for this issue.
