Missing settings page

Just installed RealName via the link uploader and enabled it and seemed to work fine, however there are no configurable options at /admin/config/people/realname/. Accessing that page merely gives me the same page as /admin/config/people/. I'm not sure if perhaps the location of the realname admin page has changed, but clicking on the configure button on the modules page took me to the same thing. I don't really understand how that can happen other than a botched install.. Has anyone else had this issue?
