An fixed header image height produce layout problems on any mobile devices.

@quiptime - I see this never got picked up years ago.

I can see what's happening here (if the header image is max-width 100%, then a smaller width device would see the width shrink and so the height would scale smaller than the height in the settings.

The height setting in Noggin is optional.

Is this still an issue for you? Please update with more information if so.
