Entering www.combraillesreseaux.biz/index.php , a valid URL

leads to the following message

Using http://www.combraillesreseaux.biz/index.php (notice the additional "http://") should work, One could argue if omitting it should be allowed or not...

OK, adding http:// did help. It would have helped if the website would have told me that they need a http:// . The current error is too little specific.
