I was curious if there's an existing demo site for this project, or a list of links to where it's already being used (if it is). That would be handy information for the project's page.

sreynen commentedWe don't have a demo site up yet. The features of OpenAid came out of work on these sites:
http://www.k4health.org/
http://www.malariafreefuture.org/
The functionality has changed slightly since then, but those should give you a pretty good idea of what an OpenAid site looks like.

sunilpimenta commentedHi Sreynen,
Its a really amazing distro for NGO websites.
But a little documentation would help.
setting up a Marquee
setting up image galleries
changing the menu
thats all

sunilpimenta commentedfor the jquery slideshow to work "The Marquee"
you need to download the
"You need to install the jQuery cycle plugin. Create a directory in sites/all/libraries called jquery.cycle, and then copy jquery.cycle.all.min.js or jquery.cycle.all.js into it. You can find the plugin at http://malsup.com/jquery/cycle."
go to Home » Administration » Structure » Views and then image type marquee and then check for slideshow settings to change as you like. Please be careful over here.

This website I also build with OpenAid. Thanks a lot. I can just recommend it for every NGO.
