Wonder if all eCommerce required modules are ready for Druapl 7, currently using Drupal 6 but the control panel is not too user friendly. Thanks in advance for your reply ^_^

Do you mean Ubercart? I have done such an upgrade. It was a big headache, but I decided that it should be done sooner rather than later, because eventually there will be no choice. There were no real issues with missing modules for upgrade. Just a lot of debugging.
