We're meeting next week for the Drupal.org D7 sprint and the latest D7 release is from 2009. :( We're hoping that the latest version contains the fixes that we incorporated into D6, but this would be easier to tell if there was a release we could test. :)

ATM I am waiting on #1421138: Allow different delays per queued item to get fixed as I want it in before I make a release.

I will look at this patch again and see if I can split it up myself.
