Menu not working

Hi, this is a really nice theme, but I am having problems with the menu. It only displays in a verticle layout and not in the horizontal layout like it should (like it is on the demo site). I have attached image of what I mean (demo site is called right menu, my site is called wrong menu). Is this a bug or something broken? Maybe some setting not right. Any help getting this menu working the way it should be would be great, thanks.

Nevermind the above, my issue is the same as the issue reported here. It looks as though this was reported by another user almost three weeks ago. I guess everyone has a different definition of "actively maintained." It's a shame. I thought this was a great theme, but having a broken menu with no support will cause people to go elsewhere. You guys have it working on your demo, a little guideance and help setting it up correctly would really boost your popularity, if you care about that sort of thing...
