Problem/Motivation

Was able to reproduce, by doing the following:
1. node/add/*
2. Select Page
3. Put in a title and some body text
4. Go to URL Path Settings
5. Read the field description.

Proposed resolution

Don't agree with the rewrite, think it's fine as is.
