I have found a few bugs for this version of Affiliates module. Please see attached file.

Also, it would be mighty helpful if you could commit a help file on how to setup this module, from A to Z. For those of us not used to an affiliate program it has been challenging to setup.

The patch is actually pointing the wrong way, but not to worry.
