I'm getting

Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, no array or string given in entity_translation_node_tab_access() (line 72 of /home/i/www/sites/all/modules/entity_translation/entity_translation.node.inc).

on every node page after enabling 7.x-1.0-alpha1-18-g864287b revision. Obviously, I've disabled "node" on admin/config/regional/entity_translation in Translatable entity types.
