support flags as fields in the user account settings, manage display

not sure about the title, but maybe it's clear enough...essentially, i set up a "favorite" flag for teachers on a site, the flag is rendered before all fields as a definition list (as a user_profile_category it seems?) with the title "Actions". Would it be possible to move this to where it was managed in the "manage display" tab and re-orderable just as another user field?
