must have another field or the gobal php won't render

Issue Summary

if i have only a global php field in a view it does not render - must have another field. I can exclude it from visibility, however the view only runs with two or more fields = a set of global php prints nothing = this is probably obvious for some reason, but it took me a while to figure out, not certain whether it's a bug or just the way things are meant to be
