Our users have more than one email address and we want mass_contact-emails to be sent not just to the primary email address, but also to the other email addresses of those users.

I created a workaround.

As the second emailadress of our members belongs to another person of the family, I created extra users for these familymembers.

A set of permissions takes care of not messing up with things that can only be done by family-account and not by "sub-users".
