I cannot install this module

Issue Summary

I have uploaded this module onto my hosting into the modules directory and it does not appear on the actual list where I need to tick it active.

this sounds like a files permissions issue. You seem to be the only one with that problem... Try to raise the file/dir permissions of the module's files... If you do not know how - ask you hosting company support to help...
