Note the new "Note" at the bottom of the project page. That snippet didn't make it into this release, but it has been committed:

To use the "sync" command, you must create a folder in Aegirs backup folder on both the source and destination servers: ~/backups/devshop-sync

Please post back your results!

Nice, i tried to download it via drush but it was saying it couldnt find a 7.x release also Destination directory /usr/share/drush/commands is not writable.

Anyway i got it to install like this:
drush dl devshop_provision-6.x provision_git-6.x --destination=/var/aegir/.drush/commands/

Another question, when the Pull Code command is executed, what should be in the repository? is it just the contents of that particular sites directory?
Maybe this should be in another issue.

It currently pulls on the platform level. The plan is to pull from the level of the alias called. This is really an issue for provision_git, however, as this module just calls that drush command. I just created an issue for the record, I have no immediate need for this, so I won't be able to work on it until that point.
