Hello esteemed members of the Drupal community:

I have a date problem. Often my events calendar shows the current day as one day in the future. And I try to create RSVPs with the rsvp module and it says the event is expired even though the event is 3 days in the future.

Here are my system configs:

and Drupal:

You can run cron manually.
Database schema Up to date
File system Writable (private download method)
GD library bundled (2.0.28 compatible)
MySQL database 4.1.12
PHP 5.0.4
Unicode library PHP Mbstring Extension
Web server Apache/2.0.54 (Fedora)

Configurable timezones are disabled and Sunday is my first day of week.

I have Event time zone input: *
Use the sitewide time zone checked

I have Event time zone display: *
Use the event's time zone checked
although I want to check "Use the sitewide time zone", but when I save the configuration
it always goes back to "Use the event's time zone".

Also if I log in as administrator, I can create the rsvp for the "expired" events, but if I log in as the creator of the event, it says it is expired.

This probably has nothing to do with it, but you haven't run Cron in an awfully long time. I would suggest doing that.

I have the same problem. Around 1pm the Event Calendar switches to the next day. A screenshot can be found here:

Upcoming Events doesn't seem to be affected as there is a Food Drive event in 2 hours time.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Any resolution to this problem? I have the same thing. My site configuration is correct, but my calendar shows the next day. E.g., screenshot of site configuration for Sunday the 6th, but Calendar indicating it's the 7th.

Well according to both sets of screenshots, it IS the next day in GMT.

Hey I'm running into this same issue, none of my events can be RSVP'd

-Drupal always tells me the event has expired, I have updated RSVP module to 1.5 and ran update.php.
Have ran Cron and tried all sorts of all day/single day combinations, but all events still
appear expired and will not allow the RSVP functionality.

Tried changing Date/Time Settings, Time Zone Handling with no luck.
Both Guest Users and authenticated.

Event for Drupal 8 is unrelated to older versions. If an issue similar to this one exists, please open a new issue with the 8.x branch.
