I didn't think this belonged in Drush core, but the snippet I threw together for Sublime Text 2 is a convenient way to start up a new empty Drush command file. I started its search for home at #1544022: Drush snippet for Sublime Text editor.
Once this lands somewhere, it would be helpful to put a pointer to it somewhere; maybe the "Resources" page of drush.org would be best. Anyone have any other Drush extensions for other IDEs or code editors that we should put in at the same time?
Sublime Text 2 users should also head over to the above-references issue and provide feedback on the snippet, if possible.

greg.1.anderson commentedThanks for #1. I should probably just package this the same way as the goto drupal api plugin does.
