Comments not appearing at http://www.challies.com/articles/the-legacy-of-charles-colson for anonymous users. This just started happening. However, if I'm logged in as user 1, I can see the comments. I did install and enable poormanscron. I have disabled and uninstalled it, but still nothing. I checked permissions, and they're fine.

ryan.ryan commentedThis seems to be occuring for all browsers accept IE. Go figure.
ryan.ryan commentedStill not completely figured out, but it looks like it has something to do with the Boost module, which would explain the Admin being able to see the comments...
ryan.ryan commentedOkay, I cleared out all of boost's caches and the comments reappeared. I am assuming it had something to do with a conflict with boost, poormanscron, and caching. Marking as fixed.

First of all, I'm a big fan of challies.
I'm having the same symptoms as you (Disqus not showing at all for Anonymous users, but working fine for Authenticated), except I'm not using the Boost module. I've checked all the permissions to be sure Anon can view Disqus comments. I've turned off all caching and aggregation of JS and CSS.
When I'm Anonymous, I'm seeing this in the source where disqus comments are supposed to load:
Have you learned anything else about this issue?
wesleymusgrove commentedFYI, I resolved my issue here: #2119715: disqus.js not loaded for Anonymous users
