I installed the module and set the user permissions. Can also see the /admin/reports/feedback form, can't even see any Feedback config. under /admin/settings
I entered some comments using the [+] option in the lower-right of the screen and added the Block. However I can't see the block and the user feedback is only showing on the [+] pop-up.
Is there a way to read the feedback on a page instead?

There is a page under admin/reports/feedback that shows all the feedback entries.

As I mentioned in the original post, I can see /admin/reports/feedback, however I cannot see how users can enter feedback.

The [+] option is currently the only way for users to enter feedback. There is also an issue about allowing administrators to put the form in a block instead. #2432263: Add option to render feedback form in a block
