I've narrowed it down to the JavaScript calls: whichever is called last overrides the other. You either have rounded corners or pop-up menus, but not both. I've found similar cases of JavaScript interference (like TinyMCE), but no advice on what to do about it.

Maybe some day the two will place nice, and I'll have rounded corners ON my pop-up menus...
