I have opened up the themes 'pages.tlp.php' file and changed line 149 to my specifications. This works on every page of my site except for the Home page. How do I fix that, and do you change that in the themes php files or in the Drupal ACP?

You should also need to make changes in the page-front.tpl.php ..
