Front page content

Hey... I'm having problems with my frontpage...
I already custom it to the way I'll like it to looks like... but I can't
print the content I want...

for example... I got two columns in it, and I want to print two pages content that I
have already create.
What can I do to print an existing page in an specific area of my frontpage???

Any suggestions please...
