dpm() left in 'protect Administrator role' fix

There is a stray dpm() in fixcore.module in function fixcore_form_system_modules_alter(), maybe left over from debugging. I noticed this when disabling and enabling some other modules in drush. I don't have Devel installed, so trying to call dpm() threw an error.
