Issue Summary
In both the stable and development versions, when I go to admin/settings/referral_links I get an information box that says "Soon to Come". Can't figure out how to add a referral link or configure the module.

there should be an admin/referral_links which would be the page you are looking for.
Still meaning to do an update on this module.
it's pretty basic.
