Search results are linking to the homepage instead of the node page.

I have apache solr installed on our ecommerce (Ubercart) portal www.goodvalue.in . when searched for a particular book title like "River of smoke" It will show 5 results, but only the first one will link to the actual product page. Other 4 will have price as "0" and the title when clicked will redirect to frontpage! There are actually 5 products with this name in the database. Even in the facets filter by price, it is showing that there are products in various price range, but when clicked on that one it is showing the price as zero.

These issues has started recently or I hadn't noticed this before.

Even after a cron run Index is not getting updated. Index update stopped after a certain number of products.
