Hi,
in case you are using a zoom preset pretty big (similar to the original size image) you will end up almost doubling your disk space needs: can be possible to choose the original image as the image to zoom, avoiding the need to produce a new imageCache present?

No comment in a couple of months....possibly something that is not affecting a lot of people, but I still think it should be not to difficult to accomplish and useful in term of disk space usage.
