Damn, I've searched for a module that disables css files, but haven't found any, until know...
But, the stylestripper module hasn't been maintained for at least one year. I think that the interface of this module is also easier (select modules and/or files per theme).

stborchertYeah, I know. Its hard to find. Even I (who knows this module) had to search for a few minutes :)
Maybe you'd like to join forces and request (co-)maintainership of Style stripper?
