Our vendor wrote a plugin for styling our sidebar, and with the upgrade to 6.x-3.10, those options are no longer available. Not sure if there something obvious, but I'll be downgrading to 6.x-3.9 in the meantime.

Get the -dev and make sure that your role has the administer styles permission.
