Hi!

When I click on Create Content - User Review I get to the page about how to create reviews. I have configured the module to work on the Review pages (from the module Review). But when I click on the title of the review I don't see the user review form. All I see is the review text and the Add comment link.

From the readme.txt:

Administrators configure which node types should
be reviewable. This module places voting results, review forms, and paginated lists of user reviews after each
node of these types.

Try for example to make the story node typed reviewable, create a story, and see how the user review form places itself within the node's body
