Hi,
Does Feeds Image Grabber support google rss feeds?
I was trying to grab screenshots of the pages in the respective feed or at least images from the page.
What are the limitations to Feeds Image Grabber?
Could it have something to with the fact that the urls that are generated from google's feed are google links.
example - http://www.google.com/url?sa=X&q=http://www.mtv.com/news/articles/168345...
If the http://www.google.com/url?sa=X&q= could be stripped out somehow would that help?
thanks,
nick

rooby commentedIt could possibly be, however the module is supposed to handle redirects so it should follow the redirect from google to the actual page.
I'll have to do a bit of investigation.

rhebbourn commentedAny work done on this? I am experiencing this issue with Google RSS too - no images get pulled in at all.

rooby commentedI have not had a chance to look at this one yet. There's no patch here so I would assume no one else has yet either.

rooby commentedIf this is still an issue could you please provide some steps for me to reproduce? Specifically I need a Google RSS URL I can use for testing.
Also, this issue would help rewrite the URL to remove the prefix: #2612922: Add a hook to alter the image URL before downloading
