attached patch converts openid deletions to the deletion API. tested as working.

Marking won't fix... while the deletion API is marked postponed, one thing that's certain is whatever form it's in will be vastly different than its current one in order to pass the sniff test. These "make such and such deletion API-enabled" patches will have to be essentially re-coded from scratch.
