How I can filter by fields in a field Collection??

The way is to add relation to the field collection, which should work.

So just to be a little more explicit

  1. In the advanced section of Views, add a relationship Field collection item: Entity with the [your content type]
  2. Then, in Filter Criteria, select & configure Content type, making sure you're using the relationship you have just created.
