As noted on the Colorbox project page, Drupal 6 users need to use the old 1.3.18 version of the plugin.

However, the included 'drush colorbox-plugin' command downloads the latest Colorbox plugin (1.3.19+).

The attached patch will cause the drush command to download the appropriate file.
